Terms: This is not transferable to other players at any point. Once you have your items created and are in the game, it stays with the person who purchased it for the item's lifetime. You can buy this package and gift it to someone, when this is done it stays with the player that it was gifted to for the lifetime of the player that receives the gift.

Recipes cannot be changed once the development work is completed and you have your item in game. If you perma a character the recipe/cookbook can be transferred to a new character but no changes can be made aside from potentially changing an old characters name out, open a ticket for this request.

You can buy a one time package to gift to someone, but once the item is in game for that player it can no longer be transferred unless for the above reason.
