Recipes cannot be changed once the development work is completed and you have your item in game. If you perma a character the recipe/cookbook can be transferred to a new character but no changes can be made aside from potentially changing an old characters name out, open a ticket for this request.

You can buy a one time package to gift to someone, but once the item is in game for that player it can no longer be transferred unless for the above reason.
